As per the AICTE Notification No: PG/07/(01)/2012, the Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted in the College for the purpose of redressal of grievances of the students, parents, and others. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and fairly.

Ombudsman

Principal Secretary, Punjab State Board for Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chandigarh Punjab will also be the "Ombudsman" of the Committee.

Types of Grievances Addressed

The Grievance Redressal Committee addresses various concerns including but not limited to:

Academic issues and examination matters
Fee-related concerns and refund requests
Infrastructure and facility complaints
Library and laboratory issues

Attendance and internal assessment
Hostel and transportation grievances
Administrative and clerical issues
Any other student/parent concerns

Investigation

Committee reviews and investigates the matter

Resolution

Resolution communicated within 15 working days
